Accounts Payable Associate

Title: Accounts Payable Associate Salary: $60,000 - 75,000 Location: Boston Highlights Of The Accounts Payable Associate Opportunity The Company: Established high-end residential construction and service firm with multiple locations across New England and New York. The Opportunity: The Accounts Payable Associate will play a key role in automating and enhancing the AP function. The Culture: Close-knit, laid-back environment with flexibility The Accounts Payable Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage AP workflow to ensure timely approvals and month-end close. Validate, match, and enter invoices; resolve discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and prepare monthly accruals. Maintain organized AP records and handle vendor inquiries. Support audits and assist with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent 2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience Sage 300 / construction industry experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
