Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will hold a comprehensive array of responsibilities that may include:

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective mental health interventions.

• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining precise and timely patient records within our electronic health record system.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical doctors, psychologists, and nursing staff, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment effectiveness.

• Facilitating regular case consultations and engaging in peer reviews to contribute to ongoing quality improvements in the care provided.

• Providing education and emotional support to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions and access community resources as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
