Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish an individualized treatment plan tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other trauma-informed approaches to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while complying with all regulations and standards set by the relevant authorities.

• Engage in regular case reviews and participate in departmental meetings to discuss client progress and share insights with team members.

• Provide guidance, education, and resources regarding mental health treatment and community-based supports for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals coping with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will collaborate closely with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive approaches are integrated into therapeutic practices to promote inclusivity and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is highly preferred.

• A valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to practice in Arizona is essential for this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
