Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of students and families to identify various social, emotional, and environmental challenges affecting their well-being.

• Deliver high-quality crisis intervention by conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans for students in acute distress.

• Work alongside community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive support systems, advocating for clients’ rights and needs throughout their journey.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to cultivate awareness of available services and promote the agency’s mission.

• Attend and contribute to case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service delivery and team cohesion.

Client Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support school-aged children and their families, addressing an array of challenges including emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and socio-economic barriers. You will work closely with educators and school administrators to identify at-risk students, ensuring access to timely and effective mental health services. Compensation and Benefits\n
