Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of positive and ethical therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, set goals, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness as necessary.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect specific needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment plans, to support care continuity and compliance.

• Carry out intake assessments when required, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs from the beginning of therapy.

• Facilitate a set number of therapy sessions weekly, both individual and group, to meet the needs of the client population effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
