Administrative Assistant

Please Note: No Third-Party or C2C Firms Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship We are searching for an Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client. This is a 3-month contract assignment (W-2). You will be performing diversified and confidential administrative and clerical duties by applying broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Must have outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Applicant must be extremely well-organized, deadline-oriented, and creative/proactive self-starter. Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation are a must. Employees in this role exercise confidentiality, tact, and reliability. Location: Houston, Texas 77002 3-month contract assignment (W-2) Responsibilities Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision and direction. Manage outlook functions including Mail and Calendar. Schedule appointments and meetings. Determine administrative needs for conferences, meetings or other related high-level activity. Coordinate supply orders, badge and security requests. Work with parking team to validate parking tickets daily. Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison among departments. Work closely with team members to gather and present information as needed. Utilize Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 yr experience. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
