The typical work schedule is between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may be required, contributing to a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for students and families to identify their healthcare needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, providing preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with schools and local organizations to design and deliver effective health education programs that empower families.
• Deliver culturally sensitive care while advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their access to medical services.
• Coordinate referrals and arrange follow-up care, ensuring continuity in the management of patient health issues.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active state nursing license.
