Work Environment

This role is conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while still providing high-quality mental health services. You will become part of a collaborative community health clinic team dedicated to addressing mental health concerns. Although primarily remote, we value communication and teamwork; therefore, regular virtual meetings and collaborative sessions with other healthcare professionals will be a part of your routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, strengths, and identifying areas for intervention.
• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, employing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the client's situation.
• Utilize therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Create and personalize comprehensive treatment plans outlining specific goals and interventions to address the unique needs of each client.
• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.
• Conduct crisis interventions and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute challenges, maintaining a calm and supportive presence during these sessions.
• Document sessions and client progress with precision, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards to maintain the integrity of care.
• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and support groups that aim to educate clients and their families on coping strategies and mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and more. Our focus on inclusivity ensures that you will engage with individuals from different cultural backgrounds, tailoring your approach to respect and address each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Strong organizational, assessment, and interpersonal skills that facilitate positive client relationships and effective intervention planning.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed practices and experiences with diverse populations.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and conducting psychoeducation classes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
