Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the unique needs of each child and develop actionable Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of IFSPs, fostering partnerships with families and other professionals.

• Monitor and evaluate progress on IFSP outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed based on developmental milestones and family priorities.

• Utilize natural environment teaching and coaching models to deliver family-centered services, enhancing children's learning experiences.

• Provide evidence-based recommendations and resources to families, equipping them with the tools necessary to support their child's growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to social work practices and early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children ages 0-3 who face developmental delays or disabilities. By implementing tailored interventions and assessments, you will help children achieve essential milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in the field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
