Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and developing evidence-based treatment recommendations.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to both patients and their families, ensuring they are integral to the goal-setting process.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing treatment protocols that are adjusted based on patient progress and the latest advancements in healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize patient care, frequently documenting any changes in patient conditions that might necessitate adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Oversee appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that encapsulates the patient's journey through rehabilitation.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards while maintaining an organized and accurate schedule.
• Contribute to clinic goals and initiatives while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply if they meet the other qualifications.
• Previous experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time Physical Therapist role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
