Work Environment

The position is onsite at our vibrant Rehabilitation Center in Immokalee, a location known for its diverse community and warm climate. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians, formulating tailored treatment programs based on individual needs.
• Implement effective treatment interventions for a wide array of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based care practices.
• Deliver therapeutic care at patients' homes, utilizing specific procedures that align with physician-approved treatment plans.
• Engage with patients and caregivers, offering guidance, education, and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Achieve established utilization goals and contribute to the overall success of the clinic through proactive engagement and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from children needing pediatric care to adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess a valid State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the appropriate authority.
• At least two (2) years of practical experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
