Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities, to address pain management and improve physical function.
• Document evaluation results, treatment plans, patient progress, and modifications in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans based on each patient's response and progress, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment expectations, at-home exercises, and the use of assistive devices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest physical therapy practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse patient population ranging from children to seniors, each with unique needs and challenges. This includes patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits
