Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs through comprehensive examinations to develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals and clinical experience.
• Implement diverse therapeutic exercises and modalities suited for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service by actively engaging with patients and their families, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to refine patient care strategies, leveraging evidence-based practices to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Provide skilled and purposeful therapy in an array of settings, including the facility itself and, where applicable, patients' homes, facilitating a change in function consistent with the physician's prescribed plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by delivering informative consultations and training sessions.
• Meet established performance metrics and contribute to reaching broader organizational goals.
