This position is entirely remote, leveraging the benefits of telehealth to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Our therapists enjoy a flexible work schedule, primarily during weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patients' needs. This structure allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify the unique needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective and tailored interventions.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring every patient interaction is properly documented.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care offered and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
