Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of students to identify their social, emotional, and behavioral needs, tailoring intervention strategies to address these effectively.

• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to coordinate comprehensive support plans, serving as a key worker who facilitates communication between all parties.

• Develop and implement targeted interventions to assist students in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Monitor clients’ progress by evaluating their responses to interventions and making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards while also contributing to case documentation for educational referrals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on your assessments and interactions with the students.

• Refer students and families to appropriate community resources and support services to enhance their recovery and growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
