Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations, to identify health issues and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in New York State.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized body such as the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
• DEA# and NPI# are required.

Preferred Experience
