Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, which include comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing to identify pain management needs in patients.
• Develop, implement, and modify effective treatment plans for patients suffering from acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Prescribe and manage medications, closely monitor patient responses to therapies, and make timely adjustments based on evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques, medication adherence, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery and well-being.
• Provide counseling and emotional support, addressing both physical and psychological aspects of pain management, ensuring patients feel valued and understood.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes, reinforcing a collaborative approach to healthcare.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
