Work Environment

The position is onsite at our hospital facility, where you will have access to state-of-the-art medical technologies and resources. As a full-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday, primarily during the evening shift starting at 5:00 PM, contributing to a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough physical examinations and reviewing comprehensive medical histories of patients.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood samples, MRI scans, and X-rays to inform treatment decisions.
• Diagnosing and managing a variety of health conditions, from chronic diseases to acute illnesses, in alignment with family medicine principles.
• Developing tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic and infectious diseases, ensuring they receive appropriate follow-up care.
• Prescribing medications while monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatments as necessary to enhance health outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and schedules that comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.
• Participating in daily rounds and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of seamless care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• Strong foundational knowledge in family medicine with proven clinical experience as a PA.
• Expertise in assessing and managing health illnesses across a wide demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
