Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and make independent diagnoses utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), ensuring accurate assessments of each client’s mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients experiencing acute and chronic mental illnesses, tailoring treatment approaches for each individual's circumstances.

• Approve, implement, and oversee therapeutic treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and the evolving needs of clients.

• Conduct intensive clinical interventions, supporting clients through crisis situations and developing coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adults with serious mental illnesses, including those who face substance dependence issues and co-occurring disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n
