Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secure video chat to ensure a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Conducting ongoing assessments of client needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, drawing upon additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and strategies for managing various life challenges. You will be equipped to address a diverse array of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges, all while fostering a judgment-free zone conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure to practice without supervision.

• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of computer literacy to navigate our telehealth platform and tools effectively.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure high-quality interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or in a remote work environment will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and patient engagement techniques will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the number of hours you work. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for new hires as well as:
