Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which features modern treatment facilities equipped with advanced therapeutic modalities. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations, utilizing standardized tests and ongoing assessments to track progress.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific patient goals, incorporating hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, and modality use such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Implement therapeutic exercises that help improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, customizing approaches based on the individual's recovery pathway.
• Educate patients on effective injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with rehabilitation goals and responding proactively to any delays in recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive services that address all aspects of their rehabilitation.
• Maintain detailed records of treatment sessions, documenting patient responses and outcomes in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
