Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their physical condition and functional limitations to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to identify movement dysfunctions and tailor interventions that promote recovery.
• Teach therapeutic exercises and proper body mechanics to empower patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Administer hands-on therapies such as massage and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Guide patients in the appropriate use of mobility aids, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes to track improvements and adjust therapies when necessary.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education on at-home exercises and lifestyle modifications that support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Activate Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a broad demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults managing post-operative rehabilitation, and older adults experiencing chronic pain or mobility issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
