Work Environment

Our facility offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where you will work alongside a team of two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our team shares a common goal of delivering exceptional care, utilizing advanced treatment techniques in our spacious, well-equipped outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify patients' specific needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions aimed at pain relief, mobility enhancement, and functional restoration.
• Instruct and guide 2-3 patients per hour through various exercises, ensuring proper techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to alleviate discomfort and promote healing.
• Offer cost-effective treatment alternatives, focusing on reducing medication reliance and delaying or avoiding surgical procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
• Engage with patients to motivate them throughout their treatment journey, personalizing fitness and wellness-oriented programs based on their unique requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and maximize treatment efficacy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Virginia Physical Therapist license, free from board actions or disciplinary issues.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
