Empire Physical Therapist is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to work at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore mobility and enhance their quality of life. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic care to a varied patient population, empowering them on their rehabilitation journey.

The Rehabilitation Center in Virginia Beach offers a vibrant and supportive work environment equipped with advanced technology and therapeutic equipment. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure.

Deliver high-quality, personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of each patient.

Manage a manageable caseload to ensure dedicated attention and quality care for each individual.

Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, leveraging your experience to implement effective treatment protocols.

Incorporate a variety of cost-effective treatment interventions, emphasizing non-surgical strategies and minimizing reliance on medication.

Design customized fitness and wellness initiatives that align with patients' unique requirements and rehabilitation goals.

Continuously assess and document treatment progress, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, reinforcing a holistic approach to patient care.

Your ability to adapt treatments and connect with patients of various backgrounds will be key to their rehabilitation success. You will address a wide range of musculoskeletal and mobility issues, emphasizing functional restoration and pain alleviation.

A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.

A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy.

Strong proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation strategies.

Ability to effectively use EMR software, particularly WebPT, for accurate patient documentation and treatment planning.

Comprehensive knowledge of current physical therapy techniques supported by research and clinical evidence.

Previous experience in a sports medicine facility or equivalent outpatient clinic.

Empire Physical Therapist offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
