Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be performed remotely, allowing you to deliver patient care from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with our interdisciplinary team. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demands. We leverage electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain organization and efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and documentation across the clinic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, incorporating assessments of co-occurring medical conditions to understand their effects on mental well-being.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that address both the psychiatric and medical needs of patients, fostering recovery and resilience.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic, coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and support in urgent situations, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients about the interplay between mental health and physical disorders, empowering them to take an active role in managing their conditions.

• Uphold accurate and confidential documentation in line with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case reviews, team meetings, and collaborative care planning, contributing insights and strategies from a mental health perspective.

• Stay informed about developments in the field of integrated care, applying best practices to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients facing complex medical and psychiatric challenges, including those dealing with chronic illnesses, substance use disorders, and other co-occurring conditions. By addressing both mental and physical health, you will assist patients in achieving their treatment goals and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Experience advocating for the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical challenges.

• Strong background in delivering integrated care and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Skilled at maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with EHR systems for effective documentation and reporting.

• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
