Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient office setting, you will be working closely with both patients and a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff. The clinic utilizes state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and follows evidence-based practices to deliver optimal patient care. The work schedule is typically structured, with hours from 3 PM to 7 PM on Monday through Thursday and a shorter shift on Friday. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of injuries, diseases, and physical disabilities using established procedures and modalities.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of each patient, regularly adjusting the plans based on progress.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on the therapeutic process, empowering them with knowledge to support their recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and timelydocumentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient status and care objectives.
• Participating in the quality improvement process to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current state Physical Therapist license.
