Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health concerns, provide clinical diagnoses, and outline effective treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, tailored specifically to clients' goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue and exploration.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and appropriate referrals to emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular communication with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and advocate for clients' needs effectively.

• Educate clients and families on mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.
