Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical function, movement patterns, and rehabilitation needs, ensuring that all assessments adhere to evidence-based standards.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and diagnostic information, with a focus on enhancing physical function and preventing disability.
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring they adhere to the established care plans and provide safe, effective treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, adjust care plans collaboratively, and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about proper rehabilitation techniques, exercise programs, and the use of mobility aids or equipment.
• Conduct home evaluations to assess living environments and recommend modifications that promote safety and independence in daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
