This role is primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate each patient's trauma history and identify tailored treatment modalities.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery and enhancing emotional resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing in individual and group therapy settings.

• Deliver competent individual therapy sessions to aid clients in processing their trauma, coping with stress, and reconnecting with their personal strengths.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions where shared experiences can promote healing and community.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute trauma-related situations, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources for continued support.

• Maintain compliant and detailed documentation of clinical activities and treatment progress in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions focused on trauma-informed care best practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments within trauma therapy to enhance the practice's treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably involving trauma-focused interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
