The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. As part of our collaborative team dynamics, regular virtual team meetings and case consultations are held to encourage professional growth and team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories, psychosocial stressors, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide individualized and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences effectively while fostering coping strategies and promoting long-term resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure seamless integration of care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergency situations related to trauma for clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their understanding and management of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
