Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma and cultivate coping strategies, fostering an environment of healing.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care ensuring comprehensive support for patients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches, complemented by a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to exhibit empathy and non-judgment in patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value diverse experiences and encourage applications from practitioners with varied backgrounds in trauma-focused therapy and crisis intervention. Familiarity with group therapy facilitation will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
