Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients and their families to identify needs and develop appropriate family therapy strategies.

• Engage in clinical discussions and contribute to the creation of family-centered treatment plans as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide a range of counseling services, including individual, group, and joint therapy sessions tailored to the needs of families dealing with substance use disorders.

• Develop and facilitate educational groups focused on substance misuse, mental health awareness, and enhancing family relationships.

• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of clinical interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with external specialists and agencies to optimize client treatment and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
