Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility for licensed therapists to deliver care from a comfortable setting of their choice. Your schedule will primarily follow a standard work week, Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, some flexibility may be required based on the unique needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and formulate tailored treatment plans that focus on recovery and resilience.

• Develop and implement precise, individualized treatment strategies leveraging evidence-based modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process their trauma experiences, cultivate coping mechanisms, and foster emotional healing.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, particularly during treatment planning and crisis interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, emphasizing support and safety for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping techniques, and available community resources, empowering them on their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation that adheres to all legal and ethical guidelines, contributing to both departmental efficiency and superior patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
