Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and facilitate parent support groups, creating a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and mutual support.

• Provide training to parents of children with mental health needs, ensuring they are equipped with strategies to manage complex parenting challenges, particularly relating to children affected by prenatal substance exposure.

• Conduct comprehensive developmental evaluations of children to assess their needs and progress.

• Offer temperament counseling to assist parents in understanding and managing their child's emotional and behavioral responses.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, maintaining compliance with organizational policies and reporting requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
