Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and supervise comprehensive treatment plans, integrating psychosocial assessments to address the unique needs of patients, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate effective communication with physicians, documenting patient progress, addressing needs or concerns, and recommending necessary adjustments in therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual and family counseling, addressing complex emotional and behavioral issues, while also executing crisis interventions when necessary.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with community resource groups, actively participating in meetings and committees aimed at improving social service provisions for our patients.

• Maintain meticulous records that comply with departmental policies, ensuring clinical documentation is completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
