Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential functions aimed at promoting the well-being of senior clients:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and challenges faced by seniors and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Monitor client outcomes as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that all services are aligned with best practices.

• Provide targeted support and resources to families, enabling them to navigate the complexities of caregiving and mental health challenges.

• Administer evaluations and assessments compliant with all applicable Federal and State regulations.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment specific to geriatric clients, including risk assessment and crisis management.
