GTM Systems Lead

Owning and operating the commercial technology stack, the full-time GTM Systems Lead will manage CRM administration, lifecycle configuration, and data integrity while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the CRM, including configuration and reporting structures for various sales pipelines Integrate and manage a modern GTM stack, ensuring clean data flow and documentation across systems Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to support sales productivity Required qualifications 5 to 8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM Systems, or Commercial Operations Hands-on CRM administration experience and familiarity with sales automation systems Experience managing modern GTM stacks, including tools such as Clay Strong understanding of lifecycle modeling and pipeline management Experience building automation and routing logic to enhance sales team productivity
