Contract Attorney for Legal AI Training

Apply your technology-contract expertise to help train and evaluate AI systems for real-world legal work. This part-time remote contractor role focuses on improving how AI interprets contract language, recognizes risk, and supports precise legal judgment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and contract redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve accuracy and precision.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract-related tasks.
• Work with product and research teams to refine training data, guidance, and best practices for AI-assisted contract review.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of experience with technology contracts, including negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Deep experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or training initiatives.

• Part-time, remote independent contractor engagement.

• $80 to $200 per hour.
