Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health services to patients, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, including evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans that are evidence-based, ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the individual patient.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to create a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
