Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological wellbeing.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to promote client growth and resilience.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring ongoing progress evaluation and adjustments in interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients desiring virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in mental health support.

• Keep detailed patient records in compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations to maintain the highest professional standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and youth experiencing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be essential in providing culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards related to mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
