Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to mental health care. You will have regular virtual meetings and collaborations with other therapists, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment and patient support. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and challenges through clinical interviews, observations, and standardized assessments.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions including individual and group therapy sessions that align with patients’ goals and treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of psychology and counseling to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment methodologies and improve patient care quality.

• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with patients, understanding that rapport is crucial for effective treatment.

The individuals you will work with represent a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory for this position.

• Current licensure in California is required; qualified candidates should hold an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT designation.

• At least two years of direct experience in the mental health field, with a strong emphasis on individual therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective connection with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• A proven ability to formulate and implement customized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
