Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and design effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies aimed at restoring mental health and enhancing resilience through evidence-based interventions.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and adapt strategies as necessary based on individual progress.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive care approach.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, helping patients navigate trauma-related emergencies with reassurance and guidance.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and implementing effective coping mechanisms, empowering them with resources for recovery.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly in trauma-focused care, will be prioritized. Experience in group therapy settings and familiarity with innovative therapeutic modalities will also be advantageous.
