Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families, outpatient providers, and educators to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health treatment.

• Collaborate with insurance companies for pre-certifications and manage utilization reviews to facilitate access to necessary services.

• Engage in discharge planning and aftercare services to support clients in their transition back into their communities.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, assisting clients in developing a healthy relationship with food and enhancing their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Atlantic Academy, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. The diverse client population includes those struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
