Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional state, and personal history.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. The therapist will be equipped to address a spectrum of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and familial dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

• Proficiency in completing assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.

• Strong communication and writing skills, along with the ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care, children’s therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) will be given preference. Experience working in a community health setting is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Moonlight Therapy Solutions offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
