Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique goals of each client.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive appropriate care.

• Maintain and document accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and support.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, while advocating for clients' rights and needs as appropriate.

• Commit to continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical or therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance options, opportunities for continuing education, and paid time off.
