Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to each patient's specific requirements, incorporating evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Manage the administrative aspects of care by completing billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within set deadlines.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and personalized wellness plans aimed at supporting stable functioning and promoting recovery.

• Create discharge plans that reflect a patient’s progress and next steps, ensuring a smooth transition out of therapy when appropriate.

• Comply with all federal and state laws governing mental health services, along with adhering to NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Commit to maintaining professional competence through ongoing training and education, keeping abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field.

• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge.

• Complete all necessary licensure maintenance and mandatory training in a timely manner to uphold standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work primarily with diverse adult and adolescent clients presenting a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• You must hold an active license as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience.
