Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and emotional well-being of clients, identifying specific goals for treatment.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual and group sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, using crisis management strategies to stabilize situations.

• Maintain confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate care and enhance the client’s treatment experience.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest trends in mental health treatment.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines as dictated by licensing boards, ensuring the highest standards of practice are consistently met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
