Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, preferably in a private practice environment.

• Prior experience conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Knowledge and training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other relevant therapeutic modalities.
