Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing therapeutic interventions that foster rapport, trust, and a positive therapeutic relationship.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect client needs and promote their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and records for each client, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and treatment needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a scheduled basis, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client goals.

Qualifications\n
