Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health issues affecting hospital patients and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to the hospital setting, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic or hospital setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based sign-on bonus. Employees will also benefit from a flexible work schedule, accommodating both full-time (with opportunities for 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, or 4-hour shifts) and part-time hours tailored to personal availability.
